Who can join?

YRC offers a variety of programs designed for different fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner walker or runner, a fitness seeker aiming to lead a healthy lifestyle, or someone looking to complete their first 5k or 10k run, we have a program for you. Our programs are also perfect for those who enjoy the company of like-minded individuals and want to integrate community, play, and fun into their fitness journey.

Who runs the YRC club sessions?

YRC is an initiative of Coach Kay, the founder of KaysFIT Academy (since 2016)

What are the membership benefits?

Through membership, you’ll access club and community runs, knowledge resources, discount vouchers, registration codes for other races, and more.

Can I get a group or a personalised training plan?

Your basic club membership doesn’t include training plans or marathon running coaching services. If you’re interested, please get in touch with us for more information.

When does the club meet? How many times in a week/month can the club members run?

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Running4you is more than just a coaching program; it’s a weekend initiative tailored specifically for beginners, aiming to delve into the intricacies of running while fostering a holistic approach to exercise and habit formation. This engaging program thrives on the camaraderie of a group setting, making the learning experience enjoyable and fulfilling.

In addition to understanding the fundamentals of running, exercising, and habit-building, Running4you focuses on:

  1. Goal Setting: Guiding the club runners to set achievable yet challenging goals tailored to their individual capacities.
  2. Technique Refinement: Offering observational feedback into proper running form and techniques to prevent injuries and improve endurance.
  3. Motivational Support: Providing a supportive environment encourages perseverance and progress.
  4. Nutritional Guidance: Sharing essential nutritional tips to complement the running journey and improve overall well-being.

This program aims to instill running skills and a mindset geared toward sustainable fitness and lifestyle habits.

  • Sessions: All Saturdays at 7:00 AM for 90 mins to 2 hours.
  • Location: Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence, North Bangalore.
  • Fees: Rs. 2360/- per month (including 18% GST) for all sign-ups in January.

The customized training covers a spectrum of elements: endurance, speed, strength, and power development via customized strength and conditioning regimens.
