Kannan (Coach Kay) Sundararajan
Coach Kay: Nurturing Excellence by Engineering the Endurance
Kannan Sundararajan, also known as Coach Kay, boasts an impressive background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) and a Master’s degree in Performance Coaching (M Sc). In 2016, after spending 25 years in the corporate world, he boldly decided to turn his love for sports and endurance running into a coaching career. With his deep understanding of engineering principles and specialized knowledge in Performance Coaching, he brings a unique perspective to his coaching practice. Additionally, he holds certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a UESCA ultrarunning and performance coach. Coach Kay’s ability to blend his engineering expertise with his passion for sports allows him to approach growth holistically, ensuring the success of his clients. It’s worth mentioning that he’s also a PMI-certified project manager, Agile Scrum Master, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt in Business Excellence.
